Matthew Kremer is a litigation trial attorney and a Certified Family Law Specialist who serves as Special Counsel for Antonyan Miranda.

Mr. Kremer has been practicing law for over forty years, almost all of which has been dedicated exclusively to family law and family law litigation. Mr. Kremer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-Austin and his Juris Doctorate from Western State University. During his lengthy career, Mr. Kremer has participated in thousands of family law hearings and trials throughout the State. Prior to joining Antonyan Miranda, Mr. Kremer operated his own successful family law practice for over three decades.

With his substantial experience in all aspects of family law litigation, particularly relating to complex matters, matters of first impression, and issues involving high-net-worth estates, Mr. Kremer has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Family Law division of the San Diego Superior Court. Mr. Kremer has also been appointed as Presiding Arbitrator in numerous arbitrations between attorneys and their clients, on behalf of the California State Bar and the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Kremer is also a former Chair of the Regional Committee of the Family Law Executive Committee of the State Bar of California (FLEXCOM).

For many years throughout his career Mr. Kremer has been peer-rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been listed in the Register of Preeminent Attorneys in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Kremer has been honored as a 2020 SuperLawyer® and been listed as a “Top Attorney” by San Diego Magazine. In 2013, Mr. Kremer was honored by the State Bar of California in recognition of his twenty years of practice as a Certified Specialist in Family Law.
