There's a California VA code section that says that you can only have one AirPod or one thing like in your ear while you're driving cuz if you have two, you lose one of your biggest senses while you're driving, which is your ability to hear.
So, if you're driving around and if you have buds in both of your ears, you're not driving safely. And that can increase the chance that you're going to cause a crash on the road."
