10.22.2019
Attorney Ilona Antonyan, Antonyan Miranda Co-Founder, was named to San Diego Metro magazine’s 2019 “40 Under 40” list. She was recognized at an event celebrating and honoring San Diego’s top 40 business leaders under 40 years of age hosted by the publication on October 1st.
Antonyan is one of San Diego’s top family law attorneys. An Armenian refugee, Antonyan immigrated to the United States in 1992 and has earned a reputation for her strategic, aggressive and effective advocacy on behalf of her clients. Antonyan is considered a trailblazer in the legal world, as she is the youngest
person in California to become a Certified Family Law Specialist, a special designation from the State Bar of California. In addition to holding a law degree, Antonyan is a licensed real estate broker and she also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Family Law at California Western School of Law.
Service to the community is important to Antonyan, who volunteers as a Judge Pro Tem in both the
Family Law and Small Claims divisions of the San Diego Superior Court. Earlier this year, Antonyan
Miranda launched its own charitable foundation to provide support and resources to help children and young adults, particularly refugees and individuals who have been impacted by divorce or have otherwise experienced adversity. The firm also gifts scholarships annually to law students who are passionate about practicing family law at the University of San Diego School of Law and Antonyan’s alma matter, California Western School of Law.
“We are fortunate to have such diverse and talented young business leaders in San Diego,” said Ilona
Antonyan. “I’m honored to be recognized by San Diego Metro magazine, and I congratulate my fellow ‘40 under 40’ awardees. I know that our paths will continue to cross as our careers and leadership in San
Diego continues to progress.”
