CONCIERGE/INTAKE ATTORNEY
Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking an exceptional Concierge/Intake Attorney to join our growing team in our downtown San Diego office. This is a full-time, in-person role. The Concierge/Intake Attorney will play a pivotal role in managing new client intake, conducting sales consultations, and overseeing case management, including the strategic pairing of clients with litigators best suited to their needs. While general legal knowledge in family law, personal injury, employment law (workplace rights), probate, and trust and estate matters is preferred, it is not required. We will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

- Professional and polished, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adept at managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and discretion.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide telephone consultations on demand.
- Gather information, spot issues, identify financial resources, etc.
- Ability to work with people from a range of backgrounds.
- Set up new clients in our software systems.
- Collaborative orientation, capacity to work in a team, and solution-oriented approach.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or partners.
Qualifications:
- California Bar Licensed.
- 5 + Years of legal experience.
- Practices superior time management.
- Possess strong initiative.
- Excellent writing, communication and language skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
- Must have strong commitment to client service.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
