Certified Family Law Specialist Sara Yunus Receives Antonyan Miranda’s 2019 Golden Sledgehammer Award
San Diego, CA – The family-law powerhouse Antonyan Miranda is proud to announce that Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) Sara Yunus has been awarded the firm’s prestigious “Golden Sledgehammer” for 2019, the firm’s highest internal honor presented annually.

In her practice, Sara represents clients in a broad range of high-conflict and high-stakes family law matters, including contested child custody, domestic-violence restraining orders, complex property and asset division, business valuations, and more.

Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton, where she interned in communications for the National Women’s Political Caucus in Washington, D.C. She later obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, where she was awarded the Dean’s Academic Scholarship and interned in the Children’s Rights Clinic representing special-needs minor clients.
Before joining Antonyan Miranda, Sara broadened her communication and advocacy skill set as an intern-anchor for a Middle Eastern television station’s English-language international broadcast. She is bilingual in English and Farsi.
