Bethanie Hernandez is a Senior Associate Attorney at Antonyan Miranda and an experienced trial attorney with nearly two decades dedicated to the practice of family law. Ms. Hernandez represents clients in a broad range of matters, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, complex property division, and juvenile dependency proceedings.

Before joining Antonyan Miranda, Ms. Hernandez managed her own family law practice for more than a decade. That experience sharpened both her courtroom advocacy and her ability to guide clients through cases involving deeply personal, high-stakes decisions. She approaches each matter with a clear understanding that an effective legal strategy must account for the client’s family, finances, and long-term future.

Ms. Hernandez’s perspective is also shaped by her own personal experience in navigating divorce.  She understands the uncertainty that often accompanies family law proceedings and is known for providing candid advice, clear communication, and practical guidance throughout the process.

Ms. Hernandez has been recognized among the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and as a “Top 10 Under 40” family law attorney by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. She is also an active member of the Orange County and Riverside County Bar Associations.  Ms. Hernandez has passed the Certified Family Law Specialist examination and is currently awaiting her formal certification.
