Attorney Anthony Boucek one of five Active Attorneys to possess CALS/CFLS Designation

Antonyan Miranda attorney Anthony Boucek has recently been designated as a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction earned by less than one percent of California’s active attorneys. 

In addition to earning the CFLS designation, Boucek previously was named a Certified Appellate Law Specialist (CALS) by the State Bar of California, making him one of five active attorneys in California to possess both CALS and CFLS certifications.  Boucek is an instrumental part of the firm’s family law appeals practice, and he also works with Antonyan Miranda’s litigation team on dispositive pre-trial and post-judgement motions and trial pleadings. He has significant experience working on a broad range of complex litigation and appellate matters and has represented clients in both federal and state courts. 

In order to become a certified specialist, attorneys must “demonstrate a high level of experience in the specialty area by meeting specific task and experience requirements” and complete a minimum of 45 hours of continuing education in the area of specialization. In addition, the attorney must receive favorable evaluations from other attorneys and judges.
