Mr. Rosenberry attended Penn State University and Gettysburg College, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 1990. Thereafter, Mr. Rosenberry completed law school in only two years and graduated with his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1992. Mr. Rosenberry was one of the youngest in his graduating class, and counts amongst his many academic accomplishments the Meritorious Achievement Award in Mediation.
