

Adam Phillips is an Of-Counsel Attorney at Antonyan Miranda.
Prior to joining Antonyan Miranda, Mr. Phillips spent more than a decade defending governmental entities in a wide range of complex litigation, including civil rights violations, torts, employment disputes, and appellate matters. His extensive background on the defense side sharpens his tactical approach, providing clients with an aggressive, results-driven advocate inside and outside the courtroom.
In addition to his trial work, Mr. Phillips has contributed to the legal community through scholarship and education. He served as Editor of the California Municipal Handbook, lectures as an adjunct professor at La Sierra University, and has participated in multiple professional committees, including the Transportation, Communication & Public Works Committee of the League of California Cities.
Mr. Phillips earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from La Sierra University. His academic and professional achievements include the Tom & Vi Zapara School of Business Rising Star Award, the Wall Street Journal Award, and multiple national and international competition titles through Students in Free Enterprise (now Enactus).
